Are those Quality Marine Eco Rocks? If they are, let me tell you, they are awesome. I won a box of these rocks at the Socal coral show raffle. Coralline loves these rocks because it is so porous. All of my real rocks...almost no coralline. The QM rocks, holy cow, it is fully covered. The rocks are literally next to each other in the same tank. I am shocked that it's that huge of difference.

It is! I like how this rock is so light, on top of everything you just said about them.

The tank is already starting to clear up and look good. I’m going to overdose bacteria and nopox to cause a bacterial bloom. I’ve also stopped running the skimmer.

Also, I have to run a dehumidifier in the garage. I ordered one of Amazon and it should get here tomorrow.

If you added bottled bacteria you may already be processing the ammonia. Test for it when you add it then test a couple of times a day. Ot should diminish and more or less go away by the next day. I had a tank cycle that quickly just last year. I was amazed. I used bottles bacteria and industrial ammonium chloride. After just 1 week I could clear 2 ppm of ammonia in just 12 hrs. Then it seemed to take longer to get through the nitrite part of the process(about 2 more weeks).

Wow. I got more ammonium chloride to bring my levels back up and I have a gallon of turbo start coming in. Once it levels off in a couple weeks I’ll add pods and phyto

Also I don't know how you are testing for ammonia/nitrates but just to keep things simple while cycling I found the cheap multi test strips to be the easiest. There is no need for high level accuracy when cycling IMO. Just need to know that the conversion is actually happening.
