Just when I kept telling people to watch out for salinity swings, my nano tank ends up going crazy now all my z's and p's are white. My salinity went from 1.026 to 1.021 in maybe three days. I guess my ATO went too happy :(

Anyone in the 562 Long Beach, Lakewood or Bellflooer area can donate a 1 cup or 2 of Saltwater Mix? It will help my cousin out thanks in advance!

What ato do you use? Why do you think it got stuck on? How well calibrated is your refractometer? Seems pretty drastic of a swing.

JBJ ATO, i guess it siphon water from the ATO into the tank again. I really need to fix that issue. I don't have a refractometer :( but will get one soon. I have two Hydrometers that are fairly accurate to each other. Just to give me a rough estimate where I am at.

So you have a marking for the water level that isn't consistent? Is it failing at the optic or is it a float that's damaged?

My float was dirty, gave it a cleaning now it works good again. But i think i'll need to get a replacement float switch just to be safe.
