Nice lens! When pods populate it's insane how many end up in your sock. Higher the nitrate levels the better of you are with pods they don't like it too sterile.

I never did see this bigger kind of pod in my set up. Right now I seem to have very little pods. I was thinking about buying some to put in the fuge. I took the socks off to see if that would help. I guess it's not really that big of deal if I have a bunch of pods or not, as I don't have a dragonet.

85g LeeMar just set up, buying corals like crazy.

Having Copepods is a nice indicator that you have a nice balance in your artificial reef. Many fish including tangs enjoy them. Having a decent population means you can go on vacation and only feed pellets for the week.

Prior to going full Sps I always had a great population of pods. Need a good sized fuge and to be a lil dirty to keep em' happy. I notice they thrive in people's tanks that have undersized skimmers and larger fish.
