That sounds odd to me. I feel like I had the opposite reaction but wasn't paying that close of attention to it. Crazy it dropped po4 that much in your tank. My tank actually bumped up a bit but I was dosing Substrate sauce in combo with ProBio. Apparently the po4 in substrate sauce is very high, so that once dosed per instructions it adds .03 to the tank with the bacteria.
Yeah substrate sauce got me to .02 after one dose and prevented things from getting worse for me in my opinion. I’m going to start dosing ProBio and Yellow Snow next week.

Yeah, I agree. I've never had a negative affect from dosing Probio. I would also recommend that you dose Yello Sno with it or the following day, as this provides vitamin b for the bacteria to grow and colonize. It's also a great coral food. For it to take your PO4 to zero overnight seems very odd to me.

The owner/developer says it can drop P04 but that he’s also not seen it he so drastic in such a short time frame. I did run 2 test to check my numbers using a Hanna checker. My most recent test has P04 at .01-.02.

I want to try YelloSno and plan to order some. It'll have to wait until I see no trace of dinos.

Do you mind taking a pic of them out of the box before hanging? I just want to see how clean the housing looks.

Btw, my friend Tony is making me some custom 3D printed mounts for my t-slot canopy in which he incorporated some carbon fiber rods. These things are sick. I'll post a pic once I have them mounted. He's crazy good at designing mounts for every brand of light fixture out there.

I'm very happy with these OG Pops. Once it got dark and there was no ambient light in the room the difference between them and the Kessil's blue was very different in both output and color. It's hard to tell from a filter picture but there is much more color in person to some of these pieces.

I played around with shooting in a very high F stop, looked good on the camera screen but came out shaking from the low shutter/high ISO I had to use. It's tough to get much depth of field with a macro lens.
This thing looks cool when it's taking off, new growth reflects blue light giving a pink with blue look. It's really starting to wake back up

Shot and color suck but this guy is finally unlocked as far as PE and growth. It's minute but it's more than it's done in the last year. 4 loko

Same could be said for this piece, Candyland

Colors back, now just to get some polyps on this millepora

The og pops show more reds in piece than the kessil blue did. This one should be nice in a few years

I can't get enough of this piece from Tong's. Hopefully it continues to gain that weird yellowish coloration.

Newest addition; Vivid's insanity. Crap picture but just to document growth for myself.

The polyps on hyperberry are unreal both day and night. Looks like it likes it's spot and is starting to edge over the glue.

Overall I'm happy with the change of LED. It's easier to work in the tank and looks cleaner overall. Now I just need to figure out how I want to mount them permanently.

Looking great! It’s funny how ambient light doesn’t play well with LEDs. I’m glad the Quantas worked out, I had a feeling you would like them. The amount of coverage they have is pretty impressive.
