One of the cleanest waters will be Culligan. My work water is always between 2-6 Tds. Always was tempted to just add a DI and make my water at work. But alas I am way too lazy to jug it home. Water stores vary from 6-135 Tds. For humans Tds is good for us.

People who buy that vending machine water probably have nuisance algaes and I bet Cyanobacteria often.
I looked up what TdS does to water or I'll say what it does to your body. In the just if it was TdS= all the additives the water companies put in the water to save their pipe and to add flavor. I read an article that said the lower the TdS the less water you have to drink to rehydrate. Recently my roommate wanted to try the water from my rodi. She said it was the best water she's ever tasted and now asks me every couple days to make her a pitcher full so she can do her fruit water. So although minerals are good for your body in normal levels I believe you get the said minerals from food in good amounts. I also have a feeling a few mi erals are good for fish but I'm sure fish get "thirsty" also and do better with 0 TdS.

No doubt we get minerals from other sources, juice, ice, tap water, beer, Cambodian Breast milk, and even bottled water. Definitely wouldn't exclusively drink your 0tds DI resin water. Wonder what DI resin from China is made from? The spectra pure type looks all nice like. The china cheap stuff looks all bootleg/ sailed the 7 seas.
