"The Sump" - New hidden forum for OT rants etc

now... on for the truffs... yeah, a lot of threads get thrown into the garbage... that's totally not my fault ... but i ♥ the fact that we are a close knit family... i just wish we had an adult forum to vent and fight it out via forums... i know some people that always want to make a real good educational and technical thread, but they're afraid of getting bashed by the haters that have their setups a completely different way that swear their tank is teh shizznit... why can't everyone just read a thread, learn from it, and let everyone have their opinions without being lit on fire...?

A lot of us are real close friends here on SCR. This is awesome and I love the fact that you guys chose SCR to chill. But a lot of times informative threads will stray off topic from inside jokes amongst friends. B/C of this, other members will be more hesitant to participate and add their valuable input. In attempt to decrease this from happening again, I have created "The sump" A hidden forum where only members with >1k post and supporters will be able to view. Members with this many post will have a feel for the personalities of our existing members and will less likely take offensive to some of the post. Here you can rant, post chicken pictures, inside jokes etc. This forum will be lightly moderated. Basic rules still applies. Offensive remarks/pix, attacks, threats will not be tolerated. Some of you members who have met the criteria already will not yet see the forum. It will take the software some time to process everything.

Al, Cody, & I will be deleting OT posts that stray away from reef related discussions from here on out.

It only took me a month to hit 1000... then I pretty much had all my questions and problems answered so I calmed down a bit. It's not hard, and I did it without spamming...
