:banghead:I found bubble algea!!! OMG I got a new clam a few months ago and I saw one bubble on it. I took it out of the tank and removed the bubble scrubbed etc. I was looking around last night and Bam there were a few here and there.
I've dipped everything that has gone into my tank. But there was nothing that I could do with a clam I guess.

Let the battle begin

Cleaned skimmer cup, reloaded the 60 gallons of rodi, reloaded the auto feeder with Elos crumbs, oh and best part turned off the rodi at 415am cause I got paranoid. Thank goodness cause apparently I didn't dial in the calcium reactor well the previous night and the PH in the reactor got lower than 6.39. Bubble count jumped from 1 every 4 seconds to 1 per second. It was 3 months ago last time I had to figit this much with it.

Yeah I went and picked up a couple emeralds, some rigid air tubing and 15ft of flex. Time to go to battle. Also time to bump up my gfo amount.

Emeralds are the right move. Watch your coral with the gfo changes...don't want to strip the water too fast. I'm sure you know that already. Also be sure when you feed that those crabs get zero food. That'll keep them focused on the algae.

Knocked out more overflow teeth. Now my dc6000 is running wide open.

Added a mesh screen over my standpipe incase something makes its way to overflow.

Started home searching. If successful I may be moving to a slughtly larger tank. This time with an external overflow
