Update guys. I will be finished making this by next Friday March 14th. Lots of folks interested in the frozen fish food.

For those who don't know about my food (maybe a mod can provide a link) but there is a search feature in the forum. All you need to do is type in Wickedfeast review thread and it will give you a couple threads.

In short I use wild caught seafood and bulk brine, mysis, and other critters along with a small percentage of high end coral food and vitamins and garlic that is good for the coloration of your fish. Recipe has been changed over a 4 year period and has been refined to a simple but effective formula.
