Which is why I'm not sure why he is stiffing someone for what they ordered. And no I'm not mentioning any names.

After he made my sump in a day, I ordered an additional tank, sump, ato, and dosing reservoir and it was all done within 3 days. I paid when I picked up though.

jesse rub the chinaman the right way. he knows how to work it.

I mean he's a nice guy but I now know three people who have received piss poor service from him, not receiving the product for months, not correcting his mistakes... I don't usually post negative feedback but I just don't understand why he does business the way he does.

Then to have the three or four people all buddy buddy with him always say his service is great and they get the products in just days. Well not everyone gets their product on time trust me.
