Hopefully a new addition. Probably going to need to do a antibiotic treatment. Was face down at the LFS, but the price was good and he threw in some antibiotics with the anemone. Has anyone used Enrofloxacin with anemones before? I've used ciprofloxacin on a blue gigantea 5-6 years ago with success.
During trip acclimation it started to right itself in the container, so I added a small piece of rock from my sump to the container. Well it grabbed on and righted itself.
It does still have a slur look to its mouth. I know they can inflate and look great then deflate and repeat the cycle until they eventually just melt. If I notice that trend I'm setting up a QT for it.
Yellow Gigantea (I think). Hopefully I can get the thing to survive. A gig and a pair of clowns are on the bucket list for the new build. Originally I was going to go with a blue gig and pink skunk clowns. Now I'm not sure on which type of clowns. If it recovers, I'll wait to see what it's full color will be so I can choose a nice contrasting type of clownfish for it. Probably a true perc or maybe still a skunk pending color.
Anyways, wish me luck. Rest of the tank is doing amazingly well right now.
