Natural sea water worked for me. And making sure you aren't over "reacting" not stripping the water with activated carbon and PO4 remover. GL but make sure you don't try too much all at once . A good NsW water change will get you clean again

Catalina water which is taken from somewhere off Long Beach, is low in magnesium and calcium. And certainly low in things like boron and other trace elements that coral enjoy. Would use that for FO tanks. Unless you use a CalRx or dose on a doser.
