I usually run the whites at 60% blues at 100%. Although sometimes I change it up. I gradually increased it when they were new though, they are powerful

there are tiny things flying around the tank, I dunno how to explain it. Imagine small pieces of broke down flake food. I am being very picky though, its not like they are huge things floating around.
