Stupid Cooter!

Ok, so this fish wakes up at about 10:15, swims around for about 45 minutes and then goes back to sleep. He did this twice in a row. Is this normal?

So it's been two weeks since I got the Kuiter and I haven't seen it in more than five days. Today, I decided he was a goner and called LA for their 14-day stay alive guarantee and got a refund for my $230. =[ It was a super nice fish. I wish it would have made it. But I have to praise Live Aquaria's customer service. Totally top notch!

Well, the first one arrived DOA. The second one disappeared for a few days and then I found it between the rocks after a power outage. And I hope this third one does better because it's been at Quality Marine for more than two weeks since I bought the second. So we'll see.

Got the Kuiter and it's swimming upside down. Ugh. I hope I won't have to poke it's swim bladder. Guess I'll be back to calling LA again to see what I can do.

I'm thinking I'll keep it in my acclimation box with sand and see what happens. I don't wanna release it into the display.

Awe man that sucks. Live Aquaria is going to black list you.
Hahaha. Yeah, I bet.

I don't know if the swim bladder was caused during shipping or what. The listing for the fish has been up for two weeks. So they should have been somewhat established at the wholesaler, unless somebody slipped me a floater on purpose...
