As most aquarist, I started with freshwater when I was a kid. About 10 years ago i decided to make the big jump and get my first saltwater tank.

As an aquarist 20+ years.

Always had aquariums growing up but got into salt water15 years ago for a couple years and then left it. These past 3 years I revisited to see how better technology and knowledge was making it more enjoyable for me.

Hi, I've had an almost 2.5 yr break from the hobby after moving out here from Wisconsin. But, just set up a small tank to get my feet wet again.

3, Tank size, dimension, equipments and inhabitants 14 gallon finally cycled and ready to add some things
4, A history about your self and how you started with this hobby. Got into snorkeling coral reefs and needed one for my house since I couldn't live by one. When I shut everything down in Wisconsin, I had a 250 gallon SPS dominant system. I dabbled in breeding seahorses successfully for a couple years as well.
5, How long you have been is this hobby. 9 years or so with a 2ish year break

4 (Started) Always loved aquariums. Grew up in Hawaii so love the reef even more. Started with 170g reef tank 13yr ago.

6 (Help) After being out for years, looking to get back in. But this time with a smaller setup (25-50g). Any advice on equipment? Must have had plenty of new advances.
