Hey john. I have your old tank just sitting here and won't be using it for months. If you wanna set that up to quarantine we live in Fullerton to and can bring it to u. Just a thought

Bloody hell. I caught all my fish at 0300 and set them up in a 10 gal so I can bring them to a QT this morning. Woke up at 0630 to find the following dead:

Purple tang
Coral beauty
Cardinals fish
Clown
Diamond goby

**** bro...you're not catching any breaks.

You might try adding bacteria to the tank too. It was likely stress and ammonia that got to them.

So the options are replacing all water and rinsing all rock or waiting 12 weeks. I don't think I could wait either.

Man it keeps getting better. My baby leopard wrasse was sucked into my skimmer.

Related note anyone have a 30 inch light I can borrow to light up my nems while I redo my DT?

if it is black ich its not really ich and can live in the sand bed u will need to does a combo of prazi and metro api has a product called general cure or you can use prazi pro and metro mixed but can be passed from tank to tank very easily and is usually found in the wild and or known to infect tangs google it I think its also know as digenean trematode (dignean fluke infection) black spot disease
