This time its not what I did to the tank, but what I did to the cabinet. Cabinet was a plain stained in black. Wanted to spruce it up a little, so I painted it , and added some trim, which I bought from Lowes. Here is a pic. I like the way it turned out...

Its a Thomas Kinkade painting, I bought up in mount baldy area . Any place where they sell Thomas Kinkade paintings.
( it wasen't cheap ...)

Yes they do. Mr. Plant you need to make a small box to the right to hide your reef stuff. Probably only needs 3 sides. Easy to make since you're crafty. Something that would slide right over the stuff you have (blue filters)

Yes, I thought about doing that. The blue filters are the aquaripure nitrate filters. They really don't bother me too much. If they did, I could put them in the sump. The stuff on the right are pretty much hidden when you are in the family room. Its like my little cubby hole Thanks for the comment....

Changed my refugium light to a par 30 led bulb. The led added a shimmer which I completely forgot it would do. Looks cool. I also added more sand in the refugium to make it 6inches deep.

I changed mine recently and wow.. I had to trim my Cheato within 2 weeks
