If guys feed this daily you don't have to feed your corals separate unless you are a FSM and feed the polyps individually. But for Sps and softies you are all good by just feeding the fish in a broadcast style. Stuff is good because I've fed other foods that are prepared and my chaetto would take off crazy. And my phosphates were off the heezy.

Main thing is fish are hunters and foragers and need that mixed diet to look good and to be Active. Last thing you want is fat, lazy, fish like some of your co workers.

I hope the size is right, cause I took an extra hour fine chopping. My fish I think like this batch more than previous ones because it was more uniform and the calamari was more tender than the other batches.

Its like Crack-Cocaine for the reef..

I just saw the bags for the batch you made last night and I have to say, that's quite a deal for quality food.

Gave some to my bosses tank and everything opened up! Stuff that had been half open or closed most of the time. Seems to be staying open now after a few feedings. The boss came in this morning and said wow everything is puffed up and looks good. So I'm sold!

Glad to here that the food gets good response from hungry coral.
I took out the Manila clam and cappelinni roe, from the first two batches but also added some cool things like OVA and a fish rich in omega 3's.
I think this last batch is far superior to the other two times in cut and ratio of items.

Excellent. Glad to here the responses. Again I believe I now have the ingredients down to near ideal levels and cut sizing. Reading competitors ingredients and actually defrosting it you can tell what I make is more rich with ingredients instead of things like broccoli and carrot and junk.

When I go snorkeling I never have seen a tang or a wrasse go to town on the salad bar.

Not sure if this has been mentioned yet, and I have yet to receive my package from Cody, but I think it would be awesome (would even pay an extra few bucks) if there was a way to get serving sizes, so I can feed the same amount each time, like maybe before freezing they can be in a ice cube tray (they come in all different sizes) so I could just pop a cube into my tank and not worry how big or small my serving size is ect.. Am I making any sense?

Haha - but from what I hear its an awesome product, cant wait to start feeding it my my little ones =)

Ya that makes complete sense. For now I wanted to keep cost low. As I strive for perfection and a superior product the premium will have to be addressed.

You can ask other reefers how easy it is to break off a piece to feed frozen or thawed out. Once you get the product you can assess what works.

I definitely want to make it as professional as possible and will end up making cubes as well.

Awesome, yeah I was talking with Cody the other day about how good he said the food was, and I know its not a problem breaking it up, for me being a lazzy *** reefer, getting a consistent amount of food each time is what I'm looking for, but you live and learn. From what I hear the bag is huge, so I think it will last for my nano tank for a year HAHAHA

Do you think it would be bad for the food it I defrosted them, and pre-cubed them myself, then froze them again? I am assuming it wouldn't be the best but who know.

Cody I know your reading this when you should be workin' - Bring me my food, ill kick you down with some goodies =)

Nope that is perfectly fine. It will defrost in about 2.5 hours in normal ambient temp. It was frozen fresh so it could stay ins fridge for a good 3-5 days without spoiling. The least amount of turnover to frozen is best.
