I just picked up a PLS-50 from Cadlights. So I can confirm they are still in business. But their email communication is the worst I've ever had. I sure hope I never need their help/support in the future.

Like Nick, I had a very similar experience with AA. No need to go into details, but I would not order another tank/sump from AA at any cost. Nor would I recommend them to anyone. I also know I am not alone in feeling this way. Good luck to those that have not had issues, but I know for a fact...
